TSARSI’s leadership team is distributed across two countries: the United States and Vietnam. Geographical distance, differences in culture and language, as well as the leadership styles of leadership team members, have always been challenges that TSARSI’s senior executive team anticipated and handled as effectively as possible to achieve major successes in the early stage.
As the workforce continued to grow thanks to TSARSI’s positive start in its business strategy, the above challenges gradually became clearer and harder to control. Communication and management between leadership and employees became increasingly difficult. Work Metrics and Goals were not always clear or tracked consistently, affecting final results.
Organizational alignment and focusing the team on the same common Goals to serve customers in the best way were the top priorities at the beginning of 2024.

Notable activities during the 3-month implementation:
- Clarified the TSASRI Accountability Chart, so members in the U.S. and Vietnam shared the same view of the company’s operating structure, creating a foundation for clear communication, assigning work to the right people in the right roles, and improving accountability for each department.
- The team took the company perspective to set Quarter 2 priority Goals at the departmental level in support of company-level Goals, in a linked and consistent way.
- Formed a culture of transparency and cooperation through structured Scorecards and Goal Boards, with specific owners.
- Guided the team to organize weekly alignment meetings using a standard framework, track team execution, and solve issues effectively, keeping Goals “on track” with the highest completion mindset. Simplamo’s standard meeting format helps cut unnecessary meetings and improve communication across the whole organization, between the U.S. and Vietnam offices.
- Learned how to conduct effective people conversations through the quarterly conversation framework on Simplamo, helping everyone share a common language and stay on the same page. Conversation time became shorter and more effective.
Ms. Thao Vo (Financial Controller at TSASRI) shared that through the implementation sessions and by observing data on Simplamo, she clearly understood the company Goals and how Goals need to be linked together to achieve the common Goal. From there, she learned how to build her personal Goals so that they best met the company Goals. Since Goals are also related to people, she also learned how to find the right person for each Goal.
