Cai Tien Xanh operates by the guiding principle: “Great achievements are never brought about by a single individual; they are the effort of an entire collective.” For that reason, throughout her journey of developing the business, Ms. Co has always wanted to build an energetic workplace and nurture a cohesive collective whose members may have different personalities but all look in the same direction.
