In the first session, everyone discussed standardizing the accountability chart—clarifying each member’s role—and building quarterly priority goals to bring the leadership’s vision to the team during execution.
Completing the accountability chart system in the organization
In the first session, Simplamo’s expert team supported An Sơn’s leadership in building an accountability chart, helping An Sơn clearly show the important positions needed in the organization together with the people responsible for them, along with the five roles each position needs to own. While a traditional organization chart only clearly shows “titles,” the accountability chart clearly shows the “functions” required for growth, while eliminating execution issues that arise when the team does not clearly define responsibilities and functions overlap.
Building quarterly priority goals—bringing the leadership’s vision to the team during execution
Mr. Lâm wants the team to clearly understand the company’s direction during execution, as well as An Sơn’s Vision and Strategy in its development journey, ensuring that goals are always communicated clearly.
